Changes To An Order
RCM Shop are unable to make any changes to your order once it has shipped from the warehouse. RCM Shop will endeavor to make changes before the order is shipped, although due to the volume of orders this cannot be guaranteed.
RCM Shop will exchange merchandise if it includes a size variable, for the correct size. To exchange a merchandise product, please email email@example.com with your name and order number and you will receive an exchange form. All merchandise must be returned it in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Please note: you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Orders that are returned to RCM Shop as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. Your undeliverable order will be automatically refunded and you will be notified of the refund via email. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you will need to place a new order in the RCM Shop.
Please note: You will not be refunded for the shipping charge.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed.
You can expect your order to arrive via regular mail within 10 business days, this may be increased for some remote locations.
RCM Shop cannot be held responsible for any delayed shipments as a result of weather or postal strikes.
RCM Shop charges a flat rate for all Canadian shipments of $5.00
There is only one shipping option, there is no option for expedited shipping.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Loomis and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
RCM Shop accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
RCM Shop offers discount codes to customers from time to time throughout the year, RCM Shop reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion.
Please note: Coupon codes are not retroactive and price adjustments will not be issued on orders placed prior to the start of any promotion. If you fail to use a coupon code on any order, we will not issue a refund for the price difference and you must place a new order to use the code.
