Refund policy

Please note: RCM Shop does not offer cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or returns.

RCM Shop will however replace any damaged or incorrect items that are reported to bookstore@rcmusic.ca (Canadian, US, and International customers) within 14 days of receiving your order.

RCM Shop is unable to cancel or to make any changes to your order once it has shipped from the warehouse. RCM Shop will endeavor to make changes before the order is shipped, although due to the volume of orders this cannot be guaranteed.

Orders that are returned to RCM Shop as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. Your undeliverable order will be automatically refunded and you will be notified of the refund via email. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you will need to place a new order in the RCM Shop. Please note: You will not be refunded for the shipping charge.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact bookstore@rcmusic.ca.

RCM Shop accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

RCM Shop offers discount codes to customers from time to time throughout the year, RCM Shop reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion.

Please note: Coupon codes are not retroactive and price adjustments and discounts will not be issued on orders placed prior to the start of any promotion. If you fail to use a coupon code on any order, we will not issue a refund for the price difference and you must place a new order to use the code.
